Hello and welcome to our Taft Tigers' PTA!

Our PTA always works hard to plan great school years for all of our students! They dedicate so much time in providing our students with fun and educational learning experiences to enhance the excellent education provided by our school.  Our Visual Performing Arts program is amazing and growing! Our Taft Tiger students learn a lot about art and artists through the Segerstrom Arts Teach program and this year we will be experiencing a few new ways to learn about theater, dance and music from different cultures.  

If you are new to Taft or haven’t had the chance to be involved in the past, please join and support our PTA this year!  With our growing student population, we will need more support than ever. 

PTA is entirely a volunteer organization. Whether you can volunteer every day or just a few minutes here and there, every little bit counts and makes a difference!  Information on membership is always sent home the first week of school, but you can also come to our main office and obtain information all year long.

 To increase our communication between the PTA Board and our Taft Tiger Families, we will be sending home a monthly newsletter with all important dates and information.  Our goal is to let you know what we’ve been planning, what is happening at our school, and how you can help out.

 We also have an internet email notification system in place.  If you would like to have your email added to the list, please fill in the form provided at the school office.

We hope to see many of you in our monthly PTA meetings throughout the year!
