Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the process through which students understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. The following activities are developmentally designed to support your student practice these skills at home through a variety of activities.  These activities are available in English and Spanish and will also be made in printed form for families.
