    I am so excited to be your Physical Education teacher,  with 9 years under my belt teaching PE and 5 years subbing in this great district, I will do my best to make all my students the healthiest they can be.  Everyday I will try to empower them to be strong, independent, and smart.  The journey we call life is not easy and I want them all to know " tough times don't last forever...... but tough people do".
