Hello! My name is Mr. Torres and I teach the 3rd - 5th grade Moderate/Severe special education class here at Carl Harvey Elementary.  I have been lucky to be part of Carl Harvey for 21 years.  I attended Cal State Long Beach University where I received a Bachelor of Science in Special Education, my Moderate/Severe Special Education Credential, and a Master's in Special Education.
