6th Grade Ducks First Flight STEM Field Trip

Mendez Parents/Guardians,

All 6th grade students will have the opportunity to attend the First Flight Field Trip on March 2, 2023 at the Honda Center in Anaheim. Before participating in this event, parents/guardians must complete and sign the required document (MINOR WAIVER). Please click on the links below to complete the documents. When completing the document, please make sure you enter the name of your child's FIRST PERIOD teacher.

Parents/Guardians who would like to chaperone also need to complete the document (ADULT WAIVER).
