School Uniform Policy for TK-5th Grade Students

SCHOOL UNIFORM POLICY FOR TK-5 STUDENTS

Students are to wear a solid red, white, or navy blue collared shirt.  Students may wear pants, shorts, skirts or jumpers, all of which must be navy blue or khaki.  Students may only wear solid red, white, or navy blue sweaters, sweatshirts, jackets, or vests.  Jeans of any color, style, or material, are not permitted. On Fridays students may wear spirit or college/university shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, jackets.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE

Students may not wear sporting attire, jeans, clothing that is tight, oversized, baggy, sagging, frayed, or torn.  Examples include, cutoffs, spandex shorts or athletic tights, tank / midriff / sleeveless / backless / spaghetti strap tops.  Pants, shorts, skirts, etc. must be worn at the waist.  Students must wear closed shoes to school for safety reasons.

 SPECIAL OCCASION DRESS DAYS

Throughout the school year, special occasion dress may be allowed.  During these times, students will be provided with the special occasion dress code guidelines. Friday is Romero-Cruz Spirit or College/University sweatshirt or t-shirt day.
