2022-2023 Pre-enrollment Form for new students to SIERRA
WELCOME TO SAUSD!
If your child is new to our district or is coming back to our district from another school district, fill out this form to start the process of pre-enrolling your child for school. Information about your child and you will be collected. This process will not be completed until the school reviews your responses and receives the required documents.
Required documents are:
- Proof of age
- Proof of Residency
- Immunizations
