Support Annual Caring Educators Nourishing All (CENA) Event
The Holiday Season is rapidly approaching, and as we prepare to celebrate and spend time with our loved ones, it is also an ideal time to remember those less fortunate. In our efforts to ensure that we provide support and care for our neediest families in Santa Ana, we will be hosting our annual Caring Educators Nourishing All (CENA) event, a Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) tradition for more than 25 years.
Each year at CENA, Santa Ana Unified employees, community partners, families, and friends come together to provide a warm meal, toys, and books to hundreds of our students and their families on Christmas Eve.
Volunteering and participating in CENA is a highlight for our families during the Holiday Season. Last year alone, we were able to provide a warm holiday meal to more than 2,500 people, and on December 24, 2018, we will continue this tradition at Valley High School, located at 1801 S. Greenville Street.
We hope that we can count on your support of this truly worthwhile endeavor. There are several ways that you can participate and make a difference in the lives of our children and families on December 24, 2018.
- Donate a monetary gift to help with the cost of feeding hundreds of SAUSD families.
- Organize a book and/or toy drive at your place of business, church, club, or service organization.
- Volunteer your services at CENA.
You can also donate easily on the Santa Ana Public Schools Foundation webpage http://santaanapublicschoolsfoundation.org/donate/

We appreciate your continued support. With your assistance, we will be able to provide a wonderful holiday experience for our students and families. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Community Relations at (714) 558-5521.
