Connecting and communicating with families is a primary goal at SAUSD. The Aeries Parent Portal provides real-time access to monitor your student's attendance, grades, assignments, test scores, and secure district communication.
Parent Portal LoginNeed a Parent Portal Account?
New Incoming Families:
Provide your email address to your child's school or Support Services. Once registered, you will receive an email from SantaAnaUSD@aeries.net containing your login page, email address, and temporary password. You can update your password once you log in.
Current Existing Families:
Already have children in the district? Your existing Parent Portal account can be used to add another child. Contact your school office or Support Services at 714.433.3481 if you need help linking a new student or recovering access.
Parent Portal and Data Confirmation
Besides setting up your account, you are also required to complete your child's annual data confirmation directly through your Parent Portal account.
Don't Have an Email Account?
No problem! Once you create a Gmail account, make sure to provide it to your child's school or contact Support Services at 714.433.3481.
