    In the Probability and Statistics class, you will develop insight into mathematical structures for maintaining and analyzing data. You will use tabular, symbolic, graphic and verbal representations to analyze and understand data patterns and be able to predict outcomes and offer projections.

    In the Algebra 1 class, you will develop insights into mathematical structures and abstraction and learn to think symbolically. You will use tabular, symbolic, graphic and verbal representations to analyze and understand patterns involving linear and quadratic functions as well as operations with monomial and polynomial expressions.

    In the Earth Science class, you will study Earth’s processes in the hydrosphere, geosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. Topics will include rocks and minerals, weathering, earthquakes, volcanoes, plate tectonics, oceanography, meteorology, and astronomy. You will come to an understanding of how many of these topics are interrelated.
