    In the Algebra 2 class,you  will develop insights into mathematical structures and abstraction and learn to think symbolically. Students will use tabular, symbolic, graphic and verbal representations to analyze and understand patterns involving quadratic functions as well as conic sections.

    In the Earth Science class, you will study Earth’s processes in the hydrosphere, geosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. Topics will include rocks and minerals, weathering, earthquakes, volcanoes, plate tectonics, oceanography, meteorology, and astronomy. You will come to an understanding of how many of these topics are interrelated.
