I have a background as a Head Start teacher and Regional Center Early Start caseworker, and have been working with children who have disabilities for over 35 years. I graduated from CSUF in 6/1998 with the Early Childhood Special Education credential, and finished a Master's degree in Education in 6/2000. I started teaching in SAUSD in September of 1998 in the autism-specific preschool class, and currently teach a non-categorical (mild, moderate & severe disabilities) Early Childhood Special Education preschool class on the campus of Taft Elementary School. I have two daughters (adopted from Kazakhstan and China), and in my spare time, I love to travel.
