    Transitional Instructional Leadership Team

    The purpose of the TILT is to work collaboratively to ensure that student achievement and success is the goal of all school programs and decisions.  
     
    The twenty-two team members are elected by staff, and/or appointed by the principal.  We meet two times each month.
     
    Agendas are set by members as representatives of teachers, students and staff. 
     
    Responsibilities of the TILT are:
    •  develop, review and approve transformation goals
    •  update the Single Plan for Student Achievment
    •  develop and approve the professional development plan
    •  review student achievment and determine action plans
