Mindful Moments have helped people from what they
are going through, and a lot of people who used them have
changed their lives. A lot of famous rappers and actors have
used mindful moments like 50 cent, Jay-Z, Russel Simmons,
Beastie Boys, the RZA, Basketball player Kobe Bryant, and
Actress Angelina Jolie like Angelina Jolie says that she
“Finds meditation in sitting on the floor with the kids,
coloring for an hour.” This Teacher named Ms. O'Rourke
does a really good mindful moment for the whole class some
of the students thought this was a waste of time. But the
teacher didn’t care, but the students got their life changed by
the mindful moment. In my opinion, a mindful moment is a
great way to take your mind off of stress,when you get at
something that's too hard for you, step away, and take a
deep breath and then go back to what you were doing . The
thing about mindfulness is it helps people relax and it takes
people away from their stress, anger, sadness, it takes away
all those things and makes you feel better. To me when you
go out into you backyard or the beach or outside you could
meditate and cross your legs indian-style Then just relax
take a deep breath and Excel and think about the sounds
