     Mindful‌ ‌Moments‌ ‌have‌ ‌helped‌ ‌people‌ ‌from‌ ‌what‌ ‌they‌ 
    are‌ ‌going‌ ‌through,‌ ‌and‌ ‌a‌ ‌lot‌ ‌of‌ ‌people‌ ‌who‌ ‌used‌ ‌them‌ ‌have‌ 
    changed‌ ‌their‌ ‌lives.‌ ‌A‌ ‌lot‌ ‌of‌ ‌famous‌ ‌rappers‌ ‌and‌ ‌actors‌ ‌have‌ 
    used‌ ‌mindful‌ ‌moments‌ ‌like‌ ‌50‌ ‌cent,‌ ‌Jay-Z,‌ ‌Russel‌ ‌Simmons,‌ 
    Beastie‌ ‌Boys,‌ ‌the‌ ‌RZA,‌ ‌Basketball‌ ‌player‌ ‌Kobe‌ ‌Bryant,‌ ‌and‌ 
    Actress‌ ‌Angelina‌ ‌Jolie‌ ‌like‌ ‌Angelina‌ ‌Jolie‌ ‌says‌ ‌that‌ ‌she‌ 
    “Finds‌ ‌meditation‌ ‌in‌ ‌sitting‌ ‌on‌ ‌the‌ ‌floor‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌kids,‌ 
    coloring‌ ‌for‌ ‌an‌ ‌hour.”‌ ‌This‌ ‌Teacher‌ ‌named‌ ‌Ms.‌ ‌O'Rourke‌ 
    does‌ ‌a‌ ‌really‌ ‌good‌ ‌mindful‌ ‌moment‌ ‌for‌ ‌the‌ ‌whole‌ ‌class‌ ‌some‌ 
    of‌ ‌the‌ ‌students‌ ‌thought‌ ‌this‌ ‌was‌ ‌a‌ ‌waste‌ ‌of‌ ‌time.‌ ‌But‌ ‌the‌ 
    teacher‌ ‌didn’t‌ ‌care,‌ ‌but‌ ‌the‌ ‌students‌ ‌got‌ ‌their‌ ‌life‌ ‌changed‌ ‌by‌ 
    the‌ ‌mindful‌ ‌moment.‌ ‌In‌ ‌my‌ ‌opinion,‌ ‌a‌ ‌mindful‌ ‌moment‌ ‌is‌ ‌a‌ 
    great‌ ‌way‌ ‌to‌ ‌take‌ ‌your‌ ‌mind‌ ‌off‌ ‌of‌ ‌stress,when‌ ‌you‌ ‌get‌ ‌at‌ 
    something‌ ‌that's‌ ‌too‌ ‌hard‌ ‌for‌ ‌you,‌ ‌step‌ ‌away,‌ ‌and‌ ‌take‌ ‌a‌ 
    deep‌ ‌breath‌ ‌and‌ ‌then‌ ‌go‌ ‌back‌ ‌to‌ ‌what‌ ‌you‌ ‌were‌ ‌doing‌ ‌.‌ ‌The‌ 
    thing‌ ‌about‌ ‌mindfulness‌ ‌is‌ ‌it‌ ‌helps‌ ‌people‌ ‌relax‌ ‌and‌ ‌it‌ ‌takes‌ 
    people‌ ‌away‌ ‌from‌ ‌their‌ ‌stress,‌ ‌anger,‌ ‌sadness,‌ ‌it‌ ‌takes‌ ‌away‌ 
    all‌ ‌those‌ ‌things‌ ‌and‌ ‌makes‌ ‌you‌ ‌feel‌ ‌better.‌ ‌To‌ ‌me‌ ‌when‌ ‌you‌ 
    go‌ ‌out‌ ‌into‌ ‌you‌ ‌backyard‌ ‌or‌ ‌the‌ ‌beach‌ ‌or‌ ‌outside‌ ‌you‌ ‌could‌ 
    meditate‌ ‌and‌ ‌cross‌ ‌your‌ ‌legs‌ ‌indian-style‌ ‌Then‌ ‌just‌ ‌relax‌ 
    take‌ ‌a‌ ‌deep‌ ‌breath‌ ‌and‌ ‌Excel‌ ‌and‌ ‌think‌ ‌about‌ ‌the‌ ‌sounds‌ 
    around‌ ‌youHear‌ ‌the‌ ‌birds‌ ‌hear‌ ‌nature,‌ ‌feel‌ ‌it‌ ‌and‌ ‌hear‌ ‌the‌ 
    wind.‌ ‌Mindful‌ ‌moment‌ ‌is‌ ‌the‌ ‌best‌ ‌thing‌ ‌you‌ ‌can‌ ‌do‌ ‌when‌ 
    you're ‌stressed,‌ ‌sad,‌ ‌angry,‌ ‌or‌ ‌any‌ ‌other‌ ‌thing‌ ‌just‌ ‌do‌ ‌a mindful‌ 
    moment‌ ‌and ‌you‌ ‌feel‌ ‌better.‌ 
    Instructions:‌ ‌‌For‌ ‌Mindful‌ ‌Breathing‌  
    ‌1.‌ ‌‌Find‌ ‌a‌ ‌quiet‌ ‌place‌ ‌to‌ ‌relax‌  
    ‌2.‌ ‌‌Relax‌ ‌and‌ ‌meditate‌ 
    ‌3.‌ ‌‌Breath‌ ‌in‌ ‌and‌ ‌Exhale‌  
    ‌4.‌ ‌‌Think‌ ‌of‌ ‌Peace‌ ‌and‌ ‌happiness‌  
    ‌5.‌ ‌‌Then‌ ‌let‌ ‌all‌ ‌the‌ ‌hate‌ ‌and‌ ‌anger‌ go‌
    ‌6.‌ ‌‌Think‌ ‌of‌ ‌good‌ ‌thoughts‌
