Online Trainings - Current Employees
ASCIP E-Learning
Every new school year, all SAUSD employees must complete these two online courses, Mandated Reporter and Sexual Harassment & Discrimination. Please note, depending on your position, additional online courses may be assigned by Risk Management or your school site / department. Also, District Policies and forms may be assigned alongside the additional course(s). Further below this webpage you will find information regarding the due dates for the online courses and a list of the courses / trainings.
The online courses and trainings can be accessed through the ASCIP E-Learning website, www.ascip-elearn.org.

Due Dates
The Mandated Reporter and Sexual Harassment & Discrimination online courses must be completed every year, no later than the 30th of September. The additional / other courses must be completed every fiscal year, no later than the 30th of June.
Spanish: The Mandated Reporter and Sexual Harassment and Discrimination courses are the only courses available in Spanish.

List of Trainings
Here are the two online courses that all SAUSD Staff must completed every year by the 30th of September.
- Mandated Reporter (AB1432/AB1913) Lesson Plan
- Sexual Harassment and Discrimination*
*For the Sexual Harassment and Discrimination training, there are TWO versions, but only ONE version needs to be completed by each employee. If you are a manager (management) / administrator / director, make sure you complete the Sexual Harassment and Discrimination-California Supervisors (AB1825/1661). All other employees must complete the version of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination-California Employees (SB1343)
Here are the additional online courses, which may be assigned based on the employee's position. If you are assigned any of these additional courses, then you must be complete them by the 30th of June.
