Paystubs and W-2s
Current and former SAUSD employees have access to all their current and prior paystubs, and tax documents, through the Employee Information System (EIS) website.
EIS Registration
Please read the instructions provided in the EIS User Guide before attempting to register. Failure to follow the important registration information in the instructions may lead to your account being locked out.
Important: If you are registering for the first time, your ID must be in the 10-digit format of 84000 + your 5-digit ID number.

Only personal email addresses can be used when registering your account.
OCDE does not permit the use of District (@sausd.us) or School (@xyz.edu) email addresses.
