Facility Rentals / Civic Center — Overview

Use Facilitron to browse spaces, see real-time availability, get quotes, submit requests, and track approvals. Final approvals follow SAUSD Board policies.

How renting works (4 quick steps)
  1. Create/Log in to a Facilitron account.
  2. Select a site/space, choose dates & times, and submit your request.
  3. Upload proof of insurance (COI) when prompted; pay online if applicable.
  4. SAUSD reviews for availability, fees, and compliance; you’ll receive email updates.
Fees, groups & insurance

Fees depend on group category (A/B/C), space type, hours, and required staffing. Insurance is handled during checkout in Facilitron.

After you submit
  • Watch for emails from Facilitron regarding questions, adjustments, or approvals.
  • Any required staffing (custodial, security, tech) will appear on your quote/invoice.
  • Bring your finalized permit to the event; follow on-site staff directions.
