Frequently Asked Questions

How do I request a facility? Go to Facilitron, select a site/space, choose dates/times, and submit your request. You’ll receive status updates by email.
Do I need insurance? Yes. Upload a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when prompted in Facilitron. Some events may need additional coverage.
How are fees calculated? Based on group category (A/B/C), space type, hours, and any required staffing. See the Fee Schedule.
What payment methods are accepted? Major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and PayPal are accepted within Facilitron.
Can I change or cancel a request? Submit changes/cancellations in Facilitron. Timing and fees follow the terms on your permit and District policy.
