About Facilitron

Facilitron is SAUSD’s online system for requesting and renting District facilities: view space details/photos, check real-time availability, get quotes, submit requests, upload insurance, pay online, and track approvals. District approvals follow Board policy.

How it works
  1. Create or log into a Facilitron account.
  2. Choose a site/space, select dates & times, and submit your request.
  3. Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) when prompted; pay online if applicable.
  4. SAUSD reviews availability, fees, and compliance; you’ll receive email updates.

Payments & insurance
  • Payments: major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, PayPal (processed in Facilitron).
  • Insurance: upload a COI during checkout; coverage may be purchased via Facilitron if needed.
  • Any required District staffing (custodial, safety, stage/tech) appears on your quote/invoice.
