Civic Center — Facility Rentals
SAUSD welcomes community use of school facilities when not in use for District programs. Spaces commonly available include gyms, fields, multipurpose rooms, classrooms, auditoriums and theaters, meeting rooms, and selected outdoor areas (availability varies by site). Eligible groups include youth organizations, nonprofits, community groups, government, and businesses per District policy.

Requests, insurance uploads, payments, and communications are handled online in Facilitron. Final approvals follow SAUSD Board policies.
Policy notes: SAUSD is a tobacco-free district. Some events require District staffing (custodial, security, or tech). Insurance (COI) is required and handled in Facilitron. Availability varies by site. Final approvals follow Board policy.
