Daily cleaning, restrooms, kitchen/lunch areas, trash/liners, windows, and roving crew coverage.

- Carpentry, painting, and locksmithing
- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Low-voltage electronics & technology support
Scope intake, estimate, and scheduling varies by trade and urgency.
Grounds Services
- Landscaping & grounds maintenance
- Irrigation checks & repairs
- Tree care, athletic fields, storm response
Report hazards (downed limbs, flooding) via Work Order and call for emergencies.

Use the Work Order system for routine or urgent needs. For emergencies that threaten safety or property, call M&O.

Projects & Improvements (FER)
Use an FER for site-funded improvements and installations (not routine repairs).
- Power/data adds, walls/finishes, fencing/gates
- AC where none existed, access-control upgrades
- Guided review by Facilities Planning; ensures code & Board policy compliance
