In 2010, SAUSD proudly completed the largest rooftop solar installations in Orange County at at the time, delivering 800 kW of clean power. Since then, SAUSD has invested in an additional 8.5 megawatts around the District. Our pioneering solar energy infrastructure, helps reduce emissions, stabilize energy costs, and strengthen resilience against future utility rate fluctuations.
