Contractor Prequalification

In compliance with California Assembly Bill AB 2031, Santa Ana USD requires all General Contractors and Subcontractors to be prequalified for Bond and CUPCCAA Construction Contracts.

To apply, CLICK HERE to complete the online application, and submit all required information. PQBids will review your submission and notify you of approval via email.

Community Workforce Agreement (CWA)

The Santa Ana Unified School District’s Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) promotes local hiring, fair labor practices, and opportunities for apprentices, small businesses, and local workers on District construction projects. The agreement reflects SAUSD’s commitment to supporting the community through equitable employment and economic growth.
