Elements of Mindfulness Have you ever said or heard of “it’s all in
your mind”? The following
is a collection of insightful verses and good practices to train your
mind. In one-way or another, it has helped me tremendously to
overcome depression and many other difficulties in life.
With humble awareness I would now pass it on to you and dedicate
any merit this action incur to all sentient beings.
May these words always nourish your mind and comfort you when you
feel down! Please use
it or give this booklet to someone who can use it. Clear
mind is like the full moon in the sky. Sometimes clouds come and cover it,
but the moon is always behind them. Clouds go away, then the moon shines
brightly. So don't worry about clear mind: it is always there. When
thinking comes, behind it is clear mind. When thinking goes, there is only
clear mind. Thinking comes and goes, comes and goes, You must not be
attached to the coming or the going. |
