Since 2015 MacArthur students have completed MacTivities exploring their future college and career interests and options. Students learn about financial aid options, test prep, learning styles, individual college specs, career pathways, virtual campus tours, community service, setting and accomplishing goals, and much more. They earn incentives such as college gear (shirts, goodie bags, logo school supplies, and more), college field trips, and a medal at the end of the year awards assembly. Here is a list of the colleges students have visited in person by participating in the MacTivity program: USC, Biola, Cal State Fullerton, Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, University of San Diego, Point Loma, UCLA, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Cal State University Channel Islands, Cal Poly Pomona, and Azusa Pacific University. MacArthur students are getting College and Career ready!
