• Hello! I am the School Counselor for students in 6th-8th grades with the last name A-C and my office is located in the Student Services Office. I support students with academic success, college & career preparation, and social/emotional development. I do this in a variety of ways including classroom lessons, small groups, individual counseling, scheduled campus activities, and more.
   
• I started my career in SAUSD as a teacher 25 years ago, and I've been a School Counselor at MacArthur since 2000! I have co-created and co-presented our unique MacTivity College & Career program at the national ASCA conference for school counselors (2019) and at a number of local school counselor conferences. I have also served our students by coaching MacArthur students to victory in top divisions at the Orange County Academic Pentathlon Competition over the past 22 years. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, watching movies, listening to EDM, athletic competitions, volunteering in the community, and spending quality time with friends and family.
