Course of Study for Physical Education
Course of Study for Physical Education includes the following California Standards from High School Course 1:
Students achieve a level of physical fitness for health and performance while demonstrating knowledge of fitness concepts, principles, and strategies.
2.1 Participate in moderate to vigorous physical activity at least four days per week.
