Dr. Danielle Crosbie Davidson

I am so happy to be here at Saddleback High School. It seems that I have found my home!  I moved from Arizona to Orange County with my husband and daughter about 4 years ago. I feel like this is all a dream, because it is so amazing to be just a short way to the beach and the beautiful scenery!

I have been teaching for almost 19 years, but I think I was born a teacher! I have loved learning and sharing information with people since I was a little girl. As an only child, I was a voracious reader and the adventurous characters in the books I read became my role models. I believe I learned from reading Science Fiction and Adventure Novels that I can do anything I choose to do in life. This year I teach Social Science - specifically US History and Advanced Placement World History.

Traveling is one of my greatest pastimes. I am so lucky that I have been able to travel, and I use the knowledge I gain to help inspire students and tell them about the wonders beyond their backyard.

I graduated from Arizona State University with a Social Science background in Anthropology, History, Geography, and Political Science, as well as British and American Literature. I have my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Brain-Based Learning and Gifted Education. Also, I graduated from the University of Southern California,  with a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership.
