Ms. Peggy Searcy
I am a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelors of Science, teaching credential, and a Masters of Science at United States International University. The Masters is in Education with an emphasis in technology. I taught elementary school (2nd - 5th) for 14 years before moving to Intermediate school. For 2 years I taught 6th grade math/science and for the last 5 years I have faced a different challenge, teaching a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) lab for 7th and 8th graders. This last year I taught grade Earth Science and beginning computers/keyboarding.
I love computers, playing softball, swimming at Lake Mohave, reading and riding my motorcycle. I live a very active life and have learned to get the work done so I can go play! This summer was full of swimming, motorcycling, reading and having time with friends and family.
I have no children of my own but I keep busy with my three German Shepherds, Jazz (black), Benny (black and tan) and Alaska (can you guess her color?) Yes, she's white.
