Is Requesting RFP/Bids
For E-Rate Year 18 (2015/2016)
For the Following:

Santa Ana Unified School District is seeking proposals for E-Rate Year 18 (2015/2016) from qualified vendors as outlined in the attached Bid or RFP Documents.

The District is submitting an application to Schools and Library Division (SLD) for various equipment and services. The below attachments represent RFP/Bids available and must be quoted as separate proposals.

The District will require certification by the awarded contractor, prior to project commencement, concerning criminal records check in accordance with California law. Participating contractors must have an active Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) with the SLD.

BID PREQUALIFICATION PACKET

All bidders for BID # 10-15 must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid on the Project this will include subcontractors.  Any contractor that has not prequalified on a District project within the past twelve (12) months and is interested in bidding on the Project must submit a fully completed and sealed Prequalification Questionnaire to the District by the date and time indicated herein. This will include 1st tier subcontractors. 1st tier subcontractors with subcontracts equal to or greater than $150,000.00 must be prequalified with the District and must follow prime contractors instructions for submission. Subcontractor’s prequalification packet must be submitted to the District by the date and time indicated herein.
