MacArthur's hard-working office staff is managed by Office Manager Mrs. Donna Killingbeck. She can often be found multi-tasking as parents, students, and teachers come through the office. Her own children are former MacArthur students so she knows first-hand what it is like to not only be a staff member but also a parent at MacArthur.

Ms. Vera Pavelec is MacArthur's Registrar. Her desk is closest to the front door so she's probably the first smiling face you will see upon entering the school. In addition to taking care of all transcripts, report card issues, and student transfer paperwork, she often answers the telephones.

Mrs. Ivette Herrera is our Site Clerk. She is here during the week and does a multitude of tasks! She handles Student-of-the-Month awards, Tiger Tickets, and many other activities so she is one very busy lady. The title of 'Site Clerk' seems quite blasé for this hard-working multi-tasker.

If you have questions regarding Dress Code violations or just have general questions about MacArthur's disciplinary policies, then visit Mrs. Teresa Salazar at the Discipline Desk. She assigns detentions as well as works with Dress Code-related issues.

Our newest staff member is Ms. Ana Garcia, Attendance Technician. Her job is to ensure that all students are accounted for here at MacArthur by checking that readmits are processed and all those notes are turned in! If you are sick, have to leave early, or arrive late, then it is Ms. Garcia's smiling face or cheerful voice that will be greeting you.

Just across from the Discipline Desk and Attendance Office is our Health Office. Mrs. Pam Campbell is our friendly School Nurse. We share her with Saddleback High School but are fortunate to have her with us to help assist in various health-related student issues such as monitoring student medications, working with staff during conferences and IEPs, and providing on-site medical support. Mrs. Campbell was recently selected as the 2010 Orange County School Nurse of the Year! We are very proud to have her at our school.
